Terms & Conditions

True Grit Container Services

Effective Date: January 28, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by True Grit Container Services, including

container rentals and job-site office cleaning services.

Services

Services are provided as described in proposals, service agreements, invoices, or written communications.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated on invoices. Late payments may result in late fees, service suspension, or

container removal. Clients are responsible for all charges incurred during the service or rental period.

Container Rentals

Containers remain the property of True Grit Container Services. Clients assume responsibility for

containers during the rental period, including loss, theft, vandalism, or damage beyond normal wear

and tear. Containers must remain accessible for service and pickup.

Site Conditions & Access

Clients must provide safe, legal access and suitable ground conditions. Delays caused by site

conditions or access issues may result in additional charges.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning services are limited to the agreed scope. Hazardous materials, biohazards, and pre-existing

conditions are excluded unless agreed in writing.

Photos & Documentation

Photos may be taken for proof of service, damage verification, billing, and records.

Liability

Liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Acceptance

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
